The old paradigm thay all fats are bad for us is shifting. In the past fats were seen as evil, and to be reduced (with the consequence being increased sugar intake!).
Not all fats are created equal, and this articles suggests there are 'good' fats - olive oils, nuts and vegetable fats. I don't think we need to live in fear of fats any longer, but need to be selective about the ones we do eat.
What do you think? Do you eat healthy fats or still ignore them?

Saturated and trans fats(also known as Hydrogenated fats) are the bad ones, but the naturally occuring type aren't as much of a concern.
Here is a good read from my trusty old friend webmd. https://www.webmd.com/diet/obesity/features/skinny-fat-good-fats-bad-fats

I eat all sort of fat and I sprout pimples every time i am eating the wrong fat, canola oil , transfat, etc...
Canola oil is bad! Stick to olive oil, cononut oil. Other good fats are avacado, nuts, salmon and other fatty cuts of meat
yeah we use coconut everywhere, even for mouthwash for 15 minutes
