Wonderful that you are making real progress with your health.
It's important to feel motivated and inspired.
You won't need someone to keep tabs on your work or motivate you to reach your full potential. You will do your best work because it's natural and exciting for you to do just like you are up again at 4am.
When you love what you do, you are compelled to push against yourself. Glad you are regaining health.

Very good step my friend. Its really are a dark place.
Then i have noticed that you dont talk about the place of sleep in your health routines. It appears that you dont sleep much cos you wake up by 2am atimes and i am not sure how seriously you take your siesta :)
I believe it will be very healthy for you to consider that. God enrich you more with more strength.

I wake up around 11 am. But I usually don't go to sleep until around 4am
