The ability to overcome oneself is without a doubt the most valuable property, especially in sports and that it would be necessary to learn to set a goal in front of you. I practiced professionally for 12 years and I know how it is in shape. When very proud of yourself for what you have achieved this, that you really like what you do. Oh wow!. What sport did you play?

I was engaged in cycling. But my trainer said that the best kind of sport is swimming, only it has a beneficial effect on health, all other sports in old age bring a bunch of diseases from a strong body load in youth. Of course, we have to play sports but in moderation :)

Swimming is much more easier on the joints and builds endurance.
