Hey!! To be honest with you I haven't been consistent with my workouts in a really long time and I am alot weaker than I used to be. I think you can def give this a shot, muscle memory is greater than you think! Just grab some 5LB Dumbbells :)

Awesome! I'm quite scared to go back to the gym and see how weak I've become :( But yeah, I might be underestimating my muscles! I'll definitely hit the gym soon!
