Heck Yeah! Phil you are a beast. Whether you think you can or you think you cant, your right. You think you cant in 90 day but I KNOW you can get it in 90 days. lol That diet I gave you is the key. Lets get you this tatoooo. haha DTUBE FITNESS FAMILY REPRESENTING!

"Whether you think you can or you think you cant, your right" so true!!!
I have emailed your diet to my work and will study it today :-)

Man you are definitely committed. I've done some intermittent fasting and I don't know of any tricks other than to just do it. I'm a bit like you that it doesn't really bother me to not eat until lunch or after sometimes. I tend to think that for some people, it just works.

Thanks captain, i'm committed to proving my wife wrong hahahah. Joking aside I don't find it too hard, although this morning I did have a headache and didn't make it to 1pm fasting deadline. It will probably get easier.

When you get tired you probably are noticing that you're recovering faster too! Much respect man! Keep working

I am actually :-)
Thanks guys ! Loving your vids!!!

Great video!! I really like Intermittent Fasting. When I followed IF the last time, I was able to get very lean without trying. In fact, it was hard to get all of my calories in sometimes. So, I never felt like I was restricted and it really shows you what hunger is. Thumbs up!

Thanks a lot man. As i write this im sooo god dam hungry, only 30 min to go before I eat ahahaha.
Feeling weak but im hoping Ill get used to it.

Intermittent fasting seems to particularly target the belly for some reason. So you might reach your goal sooner than you think. And don't be too hard on yourself. IF works by convincing your body that you're in feast/famine mode, so you can have the odd "feast". It's not like a traditional "diet" where you have to endure several weeks or months of no treats at all. When I started doing IF I was eating doughnuts on my non fast days. I still lost weight - though I did give up the doughnuts eventually!
I find that the odd pinch of Himalayan salt helps on fast days, because sometimes a feeling of hunger is actually your body craving salt and minerals. Salt should help ease the headaches. Also, drink lots of water.
The most important tip for fasting is to keep active! I go to the climbing centre of fast days, and I just forget about feeling hungry - the only thing I crave is water.

Thanks for the advise :-)
So when you are fasting you take a day off and just eat normally for the day? How many days are fasting and how many are normal days?

No - for the 5:2 programme you do two fast days and have 5 "days off"! On your non fast days you can eat whatever you like! (Though it's best not to go too crazy!) Just google "The Fast Diet" or "5:2".

Thanks for the update man .) keep pushing, excited for u with the fasting u gona see crazy good results. Yes u r doing it right with fasting, drink water to hold u over til you eat! @dtubefitness to the sky

Thanks G!
You know something, I actually feel much better while fasting, no stomach cramps or pain! Only thing im dealing with is the hunger but Im able for that.
