i'm not even vegetarian, but i said it for the health.. vegan is not too healthly as they think..

oh thats not really true at Allll.. but u do need to eat right..
there are a small % of people who DO need to eat meat.. but that is not so common.. most people can eat vegan and be super healthy IF they eat the right foods
