I see a few folks posting pretty decent articles from their smart phones. Don't know how they do it. I need a PC to get any work done.

Daily Challenge Complete - 250 reps - Actually a bit ahead of schedule tonight. One phone call will change that though.
50 Air Squats
50 Pushups
50 Standing Curls- Left Arm - 20 lbs
50 Standing Curls - Right Arm - 20 lbs
50 Extensions - Both Hands - 20 lbs
