Day 14 Exercise: Burpee
The Burpee is one of the best Body weight and Full Body workouts you can do. You'll engage your core, pectorals, deltoids, triceps, quads, and glutes. Start with a push up, then spring your feet up under your torso, then explode upward as high as you can with your arms up, and then return back to the push up position. Try a few reps of Burpees in the morning, it will get you sweating in no time.

Burpees by far are one of the best exercises for you body. However, they are the most hated exercise of them. The constant movement of going down and then up is very challenging. Great for the body, but definitely my least favorite exercise movement.
Mountain Climbers are one of my least favorite. The one exercise that has almost made me throw up when trying to keep up a high tempo for a 2 minute insanity workout.
Oh yeah I actually enjoy Mountain Climbers. But yeah after intense exercises I can see how they could possibly make you throw up. LOL
I hate this exercise.
I can't understand how it becomes so popular. :-)
