Burpees by far are one of the best exercises for you body. However, they are the most hated exercise of them. The constant movement of going down and then up is very challenging. Great for the body, but definitely my least favorite exercise movement.
Mountain Climbers are one of my least favorite. The one exercise that has almost made me throw up when trying to keep up a high tempo for a 2 minute insanity workout.
Oh yeah I actually enjoy Mountain Climbers. But yeah after intense exercises I can see how they could possibly make you throw up. LOL
