People want to be told that, to get in shape and stay in shape, the road will be EASY and REWARDING. These same people, somehow, still haven't learned that the words "easy" and "rewarding" are almost never seen together for a reason. Reward, more often than not, necessitates the expenditure of a great deal of time, planning and effort in order to be apprehended. The achievement of good physical health is no different. While such a goal is SIMPLE, it is clearly not EASY! If it were no one would be out of shape.
It'll become obvious to you that it took a VERY LONG time to produce and edit this video! But if I can encourage people toward good health, it's all SO worth it. Enjoy my friends!!
This video took a while to produce. Lemme know what ya think!

Great work, you look awesome, but that definition is not possible to get from only 90 days without drugs if you don't have the muscle base that apparently you have had.
That means I have a question: What have you trained before? :D
And to the guy with the diet/exercise Q - fitness and bodybuilding is 60% diet, 30% exercise and 10% rest!
Thanks. I took no drugs. I have a history of working out. I competed once when I was 20 (over 30 years ago). The key in everything, (eating, drinking, sleeping and exercise) is building muscle and strengthening your heart. Everybody has muscle definition (some more than others) but layers of fat cover it. Even people without a lot of muscle look impressive if you take the fat away. Controlling fat is simple...NOT easy. Decrease carb intake, increase protein and water, and resistance train. Muscle, by it's very nature, metabolizes fat. Every extra pound of muscle burns 7 - 13 calories per day just to exist, let alone work...so it burns fat even while you're sleeping. Controlling blood sugar levels also controls fat.
I can believe that you took no drugs. Having competed before your muscles memory must be pretty good. Tan and shave does wonders and the beard lends to the BAD ASS look too. Its appealing and I'm sure everyone processes your video progress through a different lens. It appears you have constructed a life that makes your choices to be more productive and healthy a little easier for you to chase. Social Media fans for one, its kinda hard to put up a brick when you have such a large accountability gang watching your every move. Hot chick in your life. nothing makes a man compete harder than his ego. You are sharp. Not everyone enjoys this. Just sayin.
What do you say to people that are crippled by life and food choices? We know its a problem facing our society today. "Will power" can be improved by changing some environmental factors. losing that power drain bad chick or guy, Changing jobs, or Improving living situation. M&M's as you know, don't care where you live or who you screw.
What are some things you did to take action? I'm already cruising to where I want to be but I would like to compare notes and course correct if necessary. please pardon the poor grammar and punctuation, Its just not a priority for me. I'm looking forward to your progress and secretly competing against you hahaha.
Upvoted, re$teemed & following!
any diet changes or all exercise?
The key is muscle growth and overall good health. The focus should not be on weight loss. You'll want to burn the metabolism candle from both ends. The diet end AND the exercise end. Accomplishing this is NOT easy. It is very simple, but NOT easy. All it takes is ditching old habits and adopting new ones.
Look at EVERY single thing you're gonna put in your mouth like this: How will this benefit me in the long term? Will this make me strong? How will this affect my metabolism? Will this thing I'm about to stuff into my pie hole get me closer to my goals? Remember this, NOTHING tastes as good as fit feels.
Thanks for the insight. Great results!
A couple things I would also highly recommend for structural awareness and biological vitality are Tai Chi (Tai Chi for health with Terry Dunn is the vest video training I've found) and the Wim Hof method of breathing and cold exposure.
Wow. It's truly amazing how the shedding of your fat suit uncovered that strong body! Who would've suspected. I wish I could look like this when I'm your age!
What were your exercise activities before you started the cut?
