Daily Challenge Completed - 100 reps:
-20 Bicep Bar Curls (75 pounds)
-80 Weighted Arm Circles - 80L/80R separately (10 pounds)
(45 minutes of walking not counted)

Doing the curls for the girls? Lol
Do you do small arm circles or big arm circles?
Keep killing it brother!

Hah. The big arm circles for a full range up and down.

Oh okay nice with just a weight or a dumbell?

A 10 lb plate. Might be a little heavy, but I do the reps slowly and want to power up my shoulders.

Oh nice! Yeah that weight is really good to work on your flexibility and rotation of the shoulder.
