Daily Challenge Completed - 116 reps

Consisting of : 30 minutes cardio and 16 pull ups.

Also, we're trying to find start a Monthly movement challenge where people set themselves a target (run 50 kilometers or bike 94 miles in a month), if this is something you might be interested in, please pop on over to here.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot about that! Congratulations to us for reaching this insane amount of reps!

Slightly inflated reps as of late, but in a week, I'll say we truly went over 500k.
