I've started doing fewer exercises per session and try to rest no more than 60 seconds between sets. The goal is to increase intensity and decrease time spent in the gym (I'm down from almost 2 hours to 1 hour).
This session was a tough one. The one-legged deadlifts and the sidelunges were particularly challenging.
2 hours is a bit too long unless you're socializing to pick up the hot women.

Great workout brother. I want to decrease time in the gym too but it doesn't seem to be easy. I spent 2 hours in the gym daily but I can't seem to decrease the time.
Thanks mate! How about dividing up your sessions, doing cardio and strength on separate days? It appears you do both cardio and strength on the same days now. Something like this would certainly shorten the time needed.
To be honest mate, I don't feel like worked out without cardio. Cardio tires you out and only then I feel satisfied that I have achieved something.
