Another quick little workout. I feel although its not much, but i am happy to be consistent with this challenge. Still staying consistent with my daily 50 push up challenge. Staying motivated to keep working hard, but feel I have not been pushing myself hard enough. I hope that someone out there is inspired and motivated with my daily post.
