From @musclegirlfusion:
"Since I started posting in this challenge, you've given me a reason to blog on steemit. No matter how discouraged I get when it seems like no one is reading what I write, I know I can write it and post it here and it adds to the challenge. So thank you for giving me the motivation I need to stick with blogging!!"
From @bitfiend:
"After starting 6 days ago I already feel stronger. This is definitely the most consistent exercise I've done in an extremely long time but I am happy to be taking part! While I walk around mostly in pain, I know it's all for a good cause! My health! I am feeling better and I'd say my sickness is mostly gone now. I think that if I had not been exercising, I may have been sick for a bit longer. Persistence pays off!"
From @mightpossibly:
"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."
From @notorious562:
"I seriously cannot explain how much this group pushes and motivate me to keep working harder. I love this fitness community and the support and encouragement will help us achieve our goals."
From @khufu:
"Your challenge has helped immensely to keep me motivated lately. I've had a lot of... problems going on so your challenge has been a quantum of sanity in an insane world for me."

Solid workout hitting over 100!!! Do my eyes deceive me? Just kidding keep up the great work and hopefully your destroying the ball with your muscle gains.
I hit the cages and soft toss today. My bat speed and power is the best in 5+ years. The weight gain has also helped me get lots more behind each swing... and able to drive more from my legs big time. It's crazy... just need to keep it up in the games. Hitting about .485 through 8 games...
That is fantastic! All of your hard work is now paying off on the field. Great job brother and wish you continued success.

Back in track again!
I will try to daily challenge completed. Because I love fitness.
Waiting for your first 100 reps.
Hey m8, there exercises are cardio, but have been counted as 600 reps.
I could smash out all three of these 600 times and I would be lucky to hit 15 mins of cardio.
Yet I run for 30 mins and that's only 100 reps.
The down side to letting this go on is now izaid counts 100 jumping jacks as 100 reps.
If we are going to count jumping jacks as 100 reps then my 30 min run has to be at least 600 reps. But I don't want that.
All fair points and well taken into account. I let those slide just because it was their starting point and to give them some confidence to stay involved. In a few days, I'll have things revamped a bit and it should address much of this type of stuff. Thanks for being true to the cause.
Yeah I was giving the benefit of the doubt, but when I checked what those exercises were I thought it was a bit of a shame.
Just trying to think about your pocket too m8, I know your close to burnout with this challenge. So don't want to see people taking advantage of your generosity. :)
Daily Challenge Complete- Thursday 4.26.18

My notes:
Another quick little workout. I feel although its not much, but i am happy to be consistent with this challenge. Still staying consistent with my daily 50 push up challenge. Staying motivated to keep working hard, but feel I have not been pushing myself hard enough. I hope that someone out there is inspired and motivated with my daily post. I would love to hear people success stories so please comment them below.
30 bottom of stairs tricep excercise
40 situps
30 curls
once matt announces the changes I'm going to start posting weights, not to embarrass myself but for additional motivation to see where I came from later this year. :)
That's a good idea.

Challange Completed - 100 reps - 30 minute hike through the woods. Today was crazy hectic -- The oil refinery in my city had quite an explosion, evacuations, etc, so I couldn't make any posts. On the bright side, I took advantage of the situation and hiked in my friends woods for 30 mins. With all the additional running around I did, I'd say I got more than 100 reps in but 100 is good. Rest/crazy day.
Challenge complete 1 hr 54 minutes (and bumping up from the 20 minutes I did not get to use yesterday) = 400 reps
You inspire me with all of those hard miles! Keep up the great work!
It it generally a good workout. I have enough pain in my legs (I started riding to strengthen a bad knee) that I sometimes am not able to to ride hard enough to even get my breathing up much. But I do enjoy it. I do not take a leisurely ride.
Hey but even with the pain your trying to rehab it with exercise. Most people would have just sat on their bottom and let their knee be their excuse for not exercising.
Daily Challenge Completed - 200 reps: 1h fast walking and 15 min of basket game, getting better!
Today's Challenge Completed
My Assessment
I went on a lovely 1 hour power walk in the morning sunshine, through the woodlands and over the countryside hills.
In the evening I practiced yoga for 30 minutes to refresh a few flows, then taught yoga for 1 hour.
If you you do yogic flying on your walks, you'll have to show us.
Recording 200 reps for the walk and 175 for the yoga = 375.
haha I have just seen this! Well I do hope to take the drone out and film a workout when the weather improves! It is so icy outside! I did still wrap up and do an hour of yoga this morning!! I will post later as I have to do more yoga later too for a class :)

Welcome to the challenge - I'll record:

Bike ride = 300 reps for now until we learn more.
