Following the same routine for a while so it's same as last week
Challenge completed
Chest exercise Total reps 926 reps
30 mins cardio 100 reps
Evening jog + walk 200 reps
Abs exercise 6 sets 120 reps
Warmup exercises 60 reps
Chinups + Push-ups 120 reps
Main exercise
Bench dumbbell press 6 sets 70 reps
Barbell bench 4 sets 48 reps
Dumbbell pullover 4 sets 48 reps
Incline bench close grip/ regular grip 4 sets 64 reps
Low cable flys/ incline cable flys / incline dumbbell 4 sets 96 reps

How long does it take you to do Chinups + Push-ups 120 reps? and what is the ratio of both exercises?

I usually do 60, 60
I takes about 10 mins for chinups but not so much for push-ups as I can do 60 push-ups in one set.
