The simple yet beautiful lighting scheme on these steps not only enhances the view, it improves our experience on the whole.

No human intervention needed
The beauty of a sunset is often enhanced by nature – by some clouds, by reflections off a body of water, by a few dark silhouettes on the horizon. And anything humans might do to improve the scene will probably ruin it. Nature can manage well without us, and nature is usually very beautiful without us.

This viewing platform is on the rooftop of a large, well-lit mall in Chiang Mai. The designers could have placed overhead lights on the platform or on the steps leading to it, but that would surely have ruined the view. On the other hand, this soft lighting not only enhances the view, it improves our experience on the whole.
As darkness descends over the viewing platform, these dim yet clear lights provide a subtle but effective illumination. While the lights allow for a safer climb and descent of the steps, in no way do they diminish the magnificence of the goldenhour view.
(Notice the silhouettes of the other sunset-viewers standing mid-way up the steps. That gives a clear impression of the ethereal environment created by the clever lighting scheme.)

On a related note, I (rarely) look back to the days when I was not yet capable of writing such sentences. I knew that I wanted to write well, and I knew that somehow I could write well.
Given the above, I'd say that another essential part of learning to write well is ... set your standards high, and when you write, do whatever is necessary to ensure that your writing is clear and readable. If it's not clear and readable, then rewrite it ... or choose different words ... or abandon any words or phrases that are not good enough. Or set it aside for a day or 2, go for a walk or do some errands. While your mind is concerned with other tasks, you will find that new words, new ideas, new phrases come in to your mind ... from the beyond!
Then, rewrite it and edit again. Eventually, you'll find that your writing has improved.
And remember, the first draft is never good enough. Neither is the second or third draft. So, keep rewriting, keep editing, and keep improving your work.

And I sincerely favored the seashore part and that is proper inventive piece approach, that rock is going under the water and that's reflecting the collaboration between water and that rocky mountain.
And in my opinion, folks that are exploring this area, for certain getting the pure breathtaking essence because in my opinion the sea view is first-rate to watch and we will explore nature's best moves.
The one's cliff images are specific to watch and that view is just terrific wherein we are able to see just one rock and tremendous water view, it is reflecting as the greatest panorama scene of nature.
