Burning fat comes down to being in a steady calorie deficit. It is disgusting that supplement companies market themselves as fat burning and really it just confuses the consumer. Eating at a deficit day in and day out can we challenging, but once you find a routine that works for you it becomes much easier. I would recommend intermediate fasting. Meaning I do not eat until around 2pm every day.

I've been very curious about Intermittent Fasting. Could you tell us more about how it has made you feel? Any substantial changes in energy levels, or other health parameters (apart from just weight)?
