neutral grip pullups: 10, 10, 10 -> 30 reps
chinups: 12, 10, 10 -> 32 reps
tandem grip pullups: 8, 8, 7, 8 -> 31 reps
pullups: 5, 5, 5 -> 15 reps
narrow grip chinups: 7, 5, 5 -> 17 reps
February ended up being a tough month for me and I think I've only exercised 3 or 4 times in the last 3 weeks. But for March, I plan on doing something everyday and recording it here.
How many reps would an hour of yoga be? I plan on doing yoga on off days or when I am too sore for a more intense workout.
Glad you're back on the wagon. Yoga would count. Do you have a suggestion that would feel equitable? I've never done it before to know. How active would the yoga be?
100 reps would make sense to me. I'm doing the Yoga X workout from P90X so its pretty intense.
