Knee to chest(pull up bar)- 50

Just wanted to clarify, that I've been putting jump rope work in the cardio bucket. It's obviously hard work, but I have to keep consistent for the others before to be fair. I doubt I'll catch you online now, so I'm going to put 1 hour of cardio since that should safely cover the reps there. Let me know if you disagree or if you were using a 200 pound chain to jump with haha.
