As I mentioned in yesterday's post I will be running a 15K approx 10 miles this Sunday. I really don't think I am completely prepared for this distance and this will be my first attempt at a 15K. However, I feel that with all the working out I have been doing I may be ready to tackle this run. I hope all of you had a great day.
