2 point planks 30 seconds per 8 rounds

4 rounds of 6 reps
Defecit Deadlifts - 24 (all different weights)
Ring Planks- 30 seconds per 4 rounds

3 rounds
12 Barbell Hip Thrust-36
12 Pistol Squats -36
20 Weighted GHD Sit ups -36

Total Reps- 209

I love that we are getting more and more people involved in this challenge @steemmatt great work! Hopefully some whales hook you up with some serious Steem and SBD for keeping up with all the daily stats and interactions with everyone participating in this challenge.
