So this is the 3rd day to the daily sit up challenge. In this challenge I must start at 20 situps on day 1 and add 1 situp everyday. Why would you add only one sit up more per day?
You can freely add 5-10 more per day.
If I was to add 10 per day that would mean doing 320 on the 30th day which is a little out of my reach xD
But later, you can stop with adding 10. When you reach for instance 100, you can add 5 per day. And you can also split your workout into 2x50...It helps, too.
50 after 30 days is really really easy, but it is surely better then nothing.
