Today is not about results, but about the process to get to what we want to achieve.
There is one thing that often makes me down and filled with negative thoughts. That is we think today we will get results, then it is disappointing when we don't see the results.
Welcome to My Daily Journal. I will try to keep posting this every day as a note of encouragement for myself in the process of getting what I dream of. I am posting this article through the Natural Medicine Community, because journaling is the easiest natural medicine we can do to maintain our mental health every day. And I hope this article can be useful for anyone who is in need. And hopefully, the universe will bring my writing to people who really need this for them to read. :)

So far I'm still trying to consistently go out of the house in the morning to enjoy the sunshine. If I wake up late, I don't cycle, I stay out of the house. If I told myself I was late and didn't go out, maybe the next day I would be doing the same thing, constantly waking up late and never going to a healthier activity.
Today I went for a walk and came across some wildflowers. It makes me happy, at least I see different things every day. It's good for my brain that see the difference to stay positive thinking that we have to keep moving even a little bit, to find something fun.
With dragon fruit juice in my hand, I think about the processes we go through as humans. I realize that sometimes I am too selfish and think too much about results. We do need goals, but that doesn't mean we're crushed by ambition.
Looking at the little things, it's not easy. We focus more on the big things, right? I still get used to keeping an eye on the little things, looking for the little things that are usually around me but I often miss that.
Surprisingly, it felt really comforting when I rediscovered something that had actually been there for a long time, but I just realized it. Have you ever felt the same way as this?
I'm currently working on finishing my third book. There are so many things that I think about, it's different from the creative process when I was working on the second book the first time. I feel that now I am more influenced by viral things on social media, and that makes me afraid to produce creative work. That's toxic, unfortunately :(
Until finally, I realized, I just need to work with my heart. Other things, I'm sure the universe will help me to make it more meaningful. But most importantly, the process must exist and do not exit until you make it!.

I am happy to see that you are going out to see things that are good for your eyes and brain. I started doing that too. Nowadays stress hit me so hard and sometimes I don't realize that I feel sad for no reason or maybe there is, so now I am trying to do activities outside work with friends even by just walking inside the mall and trying a new hobby which is art. 😊
I feel you sometimes, sad with no reason. Talk with best friends is great way to make US better again. Especially when we have same hobby or dreams :)

You say that you wake up late and do not go to any healthy activity because you can not do that activity properly. Of course, if something starts on time, it will end on time. I agree with that idea. To the extent that life is not monotonous, one can be happy.
