Finding Balance In The Midst Of Chaos

Get your power back and find your people…

The modern world where overproduction and over-consumption are reaching complete insanity is by far the biggest trigger of physical, mental, and emotional health issues. The modern way of living has disconnected us from our essence and our roots, nature. The few who have tremendous greed and power are directing masses to early deaths and suffering. Every one of us has the power to stop the nonsense, all it takes is that everyone one of us takes full responsibility for our health and food, to begin with.
No one better than ourselves knows what is best for us, the world became very noisy the amount of info that we are bombarded with every day, quiets and suppresses our wisdom and intuition from within, and guess what?
All it takes is turning inward, turn off the tv, reduce exposure to media and screens, connect to mother earth, observe nature rhythms as those very same rhythms exist within us. Trust yourself, live your truth.

Of course, This is easier said than done, question for you:

How are you really with an ever-changing life?

(when someone asks me How am I?, my automatic response is: I am fine. But the truth is that I am not fine sometimes. Recently I have been allowing myself to be vulnerable and be honest when asked and this alone not only empowered me but also gave permission and power to the person who questioned. Speaking your truth and showing up authentically is the first step to build a solid community, a support system. Ultimately balance comes from the energetic alignment of the different layers of our being, taking into consideration that we are social beings connection is important for human health and well being. Finding the right people for you is a step forward to restore balance.)

Acceptance and Surrender…

Life is so full of mysteries and stories. Life goes through cycles, it is never linear has its ups and downs, being change the only thing granted in life and it can throw us totally overhead sometimes. And you know what?
We have no control over it, all we have control over is how we respond to life.
Life being ephemeral, all it takes is to be alive to experience challenges, so we must remember that life is about how we look at it.

Release the fear of future
Release the regret of past
Be here and now.
Letting go of multi-tasking and give our complete attention to one thing at the time, cherishing the moment by moment. Slow down and nourish reverence.

Building a strong foundation for balance to take place…

  • The journey can begin just by bring into your daily life 3 deep breaths a few times a day for those of you who are busy on a tight schedule.
  • Clean up the diet by removing stimulants (sugar and caffeine and chocolate and pre-made and pre-packed food) and by simplifying: eating foods that contain life force which is whole foods.
  • Bring into your life more of the things that bring you joy.
  • Connect with nature and give love daily.
  • Giving consistency/routines to the body is a good way to navigate stressful times: daily self-care practices.
  • Become familiar with your shadow and inner child. This can be daunting at times but is very important to reach balance as we allow these to come to light healing takes place, these are collective and have been repressed for centuries passing on from generation to generation. These when kept repressed are said to cause imbalances and at times diseases in the body and disturbances of the mind and emotions. It also weakens the immune system and destroys the linen of the intestines becoming susceptible to chronic diseases, inflammation, infections, digestive disturbances (even with a proper healthy diet) we do not absorb nutrients effectively, allergies, etc.
    When diving into shadow work and inner child perhaps looking for support would help it can be intense or not all depends on the Karma that each of us carries.
  • Bring constant relaxation to the body, no matter what you are doing right now, relax the shoulders, face, and tongue. Look for where in the body you are holding tension and relax. Check-in with your posture. These are tiny actions that in a long run bring in more balance as it is a way of building a direct and constant connection with the body by shifting your attention from the mind to the body.

I tend to blame the external influences for the lack of balance in my life whether is the government, Bill gates, the Illuminati, the neighbor, the health system, sugar, the job, stress, a lack of time, and so on… But my journey towards balance taught me that nothing external has the power to throw me out of balance unless I allow it. I am learning to only tune in with the reality that is supportive to my values, my core beliefs, and that nourishes my soul's journey. Getting to know the self is the step I took to get closer to balance. Remembering that nothing is permanent, everything is temporary, and passes help to lighten up the journey towards balance as it can be intense and overwhelming during hard times.

A fun exercise for you to try out:

With your dominant hand write any question to yourself, then use your non-dominant hand to answer it. (no need to think much about this or the question allow free flow to take place)
This is fantastic to slow down and directly tap into the feminine energy and the subconscious mind (rules 95% of our actions). You will get to directly experience your energetic blockages, you will become conscious of the unconscious patterns that keep you from experiencing your true nature and you will connect with your most intimate self.
This is a practice that requires consistency and patience to experience its healing potential and some people find that there are no answers in the beginning, which is very normal for all of us who are not in touch with our divine feminine or have a hectic life or is not familiar with their most hidden self. In this case with no answers flowing, ask yourself: What would it be if you did know?

A stunning post. You are so right that we tend to blame others. I try to practice noticing when I do that and checking my breath.. it helps so much. I know if I turn it around and say something other than complaining or focus on the good stuff it helps enormously. Not wilful blindness, just attention to what really matters and what I have control over..

Coming back to the breath in moments of tension it can be hard at times but once we get used to it, becomes an effective tool to shift us from reacting to consciously responding

Great words here! I think that we definitely need to have have to take power for our health and wellness into our own hands as much as we can. We’ve had some recent things come up that really brought us down a few pegs but certainly makes you appreciate and think about what we need to do to remain vigilant! So many rely on those that want to keep them sick and in the doctors office!

I 100% agree with you! doctors all they do is prescribing medicine for symptoms instead of looking into the root cause... Even though health is fragile when out of balance, all it takes is giving the body the right support and the immune system quickly responds. I am sending you supportive vibes to overcome the recent things that came up for you, really appreciate tuning in and sharing
