Maybe I can replace the fish sauce with Miso? what do you think? would any other “white fish” work? as Hake, for example? I have no idea how to replace or find Ribbed Loofah.

Yes, you can try miso, tell me how it tastes after you try it, any white fish would do. You can replace Ribbed Loofah with any spongy vegetable.
