Tasty Fish Dish!

in Foodies Bee Hive6 days ago

The use of fish increases in the winter season. Most of the people eat a lot of fish in the winter season. Today I have used a different way of cooking fish which I have never done before. Today I had marinated the fish a day before and after that today I kept it on a stand and lit a fire of coal under it and onwards I placed it on top of it.

If it is cooked in this way on slow flame and then it is covered completely over the fry pan for 5-10 minutes, then it gets cooked very quickly and its taste also increases a lot.

How to marinate and cook fish?

First of all, take 1 kg of fish, clean it thoroughly, wash it and then keep it aside. If possible, make small cuts on it so that the spices can be absorbed properly. Take half a kilo of curd and add all the spices to it. Take out the juice of garlic and put it in a bowl and add chopped coriander, ginger and black chilli along with grind garam masala and add salt (as required) to it.

After mixing all these things well, apply it well on the fish with your hands and then put the remaining masala on it and keep it in the fridge a day before so that the fish can absorb the masala properly.

After doing all these things, you can see in the pictures that I have made them with full explanation so that you can see how you have cooked and steamed the fish and eat it and if you have bread then you can put it in the fry pan to make it hot at same place.

After the fish is completely cooked, sprinkle lemon juice over it and if it is served with a salad consisting of carrots, cucumber and cabbage, then the fish looks even more delicious.

You can also cook your own food by making stands etc. on the terrace of your house and you can eat the fresh hot fish or serve it to the guests.

I have enjoyed cooking fish this way a lot and I hope you too will enjoy cooking it this way once.
