RE: Family of three: Some of our Food this week: Week 4

A beautiful idea you present exceptionally and congratulations on managing to post consistently as you set out to do. I don't even know what to say... that I'm envious, that I'm glad to see and inspired?

This series of posts, I want to keep this close to me all the time so that when I get bored of the few, classic dishes I keep repeating, I can build on what you propose here.

Many thanks!

Thank you! I really try to keep these food posts going weekly and I didnt have any problems doing it so far. I'm really happy to know you like this collection food posts and maybe get some inspiration as well. I hope you can find something to try. And if you do and need some more instructions or whatever regarding that recipe in particular, please write me. I'll be more than happy to share all I know with you.

I thank you for your comments and encouragmement and good words! Appreciate it a lot!🤗

With pleasure! I will definitely copy some of your recipes and if I don't understand something, I will definitely ask you, thanks.
I do have one concern. Your food looks so good that I think it might kill some silhouettes... aren't you afraid? Ha, ha...

I'm not afraid. Just make sure not happening to you haha.
Just so you know, we have meals simpler than this very often.
And I know it can be healthier than this. Also simpler recipes are more likely to be healthier.

I used to cook mpre healthy than this...

It really happens with me, @missdeli! I'm trying to take kilos off but they keep coming back more and more. The truth is that I cooked and ate mostly unhealthy food, i.e. more fried food, and now I find it hard to change, even though I see the bad effects right on me. I feel like my future doesn't look good!
Once again you have all my sincere admiration! You find time to do so many quality things in your life. I do much less and fail to plan my time (the truth is I am not even allowed to do that).

I think you should start paying attention to your health more...its a must. And I encourage you to start as soon as possible. To your age, health needs to be a priority. I understand that you like fried foods, I like them too and i found hard to get back to what I had once a long time ago. I mean a diety with more greens, vegetables and less meat. I dont blame you, I know its hard. Exactly as you said, its hard at this age when your body got used to this kind of food.
But they say it takes 3 weeks for the body to establish a new routine. It means that if you want to start a diet or do a change into it, its gonna be hard 3 weeks and than not anymore because your body got used to it.

I fail to organize my time too. Dont worryz you're not alone. I am so unorganized since I have Caleb, I dont recognize myself. I used to be more active and learn new things. Now I dont do this anymore and I feel depressed because there are so many things I would love to learn and I dont have energy for it.

I'm sorry you're facing the same organizational and time issues, but we're hardly to blame, life has become so chaotic now, and when you have a child, you have to be at their beck and call first and foremost.

Thanks for the advice, I need to be more determined and change some of my old habits. I feel the time has come for that, even if I don't like it!

Well, I dont know what to say! You know when you're ready for a change. What I do know its that is never too late to make changes and create good healthy habits...
