Fried cassava! Wow! WOW!! I love using cassava flour in baking but I have never seen a real cassava. Can you eat it sweet or savoury? What is the flavour similar too? I love wearing bright colours. Life is too short for boring colours. Good choice of a happy outfit @anggreklestari

Cassava is native tuber in my country. We can eat savory and sweet. For dessert or even for maincourse. Cassava is great carbo source to replace rice for diabetic people
Probably far healthier. It is delicious as flour but I imagine way better in its native tuber state
