Hi :) looks like very simple recipe. perfect dessert that goes along with morning coffee, for me yum!😋 also it is first time for me to hear about panela honey

Panela, papelón or piloncillo, is the molasses or concentrate that comes from sugar cane. It is unrefined and unprocessed, which is why it is dark brown in color. It is super sweet and has a rich flavor, as if it had spices such as cinnamon or cloves, but it has none of these in its components. It is pure sugar.
