The honourable chef with rules and regulations lol!
Well as for me, I play music not so loud but loud enough to make me fast in thinking what next to do. I just sing along, sometimes dance, something beatbox lol and cook my food.
I love jollof rice especially when it's scenting party party! And also I love it looking attractive and sexy haha...addition of carrots, green pepper, green peas asf.
The chicken looks yummy...mind you if I start taking the chicken to taste I might end up finishing it buggy funny enough am that kind of person that I don't eat things I use to cook until food is ready.
Also keeping kitchen neat is a must....because to me it gives me the sense of making my food neat with care something like that and me being neat...I rather take my time cleaning the kitchen first...and I dislike someone coming to add salt and maggi...I just drop everything for you to finish lol.

Thank you. She said honourable chef, that got me laughing. Well, I also listen to music when I cook, I just don’t like disturbance from other people while I am in the kitchen. Making jollof with carrots, green beans and all that is something I do as well, like I did mention I have different creative ways of making my jollof. Mhennn, I honestly don’t joke with that clean space in my kitchen, even while cooking, I’m also cleaning as well. Thank you so much for the lovely comment.

Exactly! When cooking I clean as well...I don't wait till am done nah....I do it at same time..its very easy like that...Immediately am done cooking am done cleaning as well...just dish my portion and leave the kitchen.
Early, just do it immediately and it makes the whole thing easy. Like you will be tired after the whole thing and would want to just relax, so no need wasting time, just clean it. And relax after.

Not after cooking everything you start cleaning again that's stressful....although I learnt something from your cooking...normally the bay leaves are put inside the rice when it's cooking...why did you decide to fry yours....any insight at all why you did that??
I just came up with that actually, I am trying new things. And I think I got it’s aroma more with that way. But I put it in and afterwards I put my rice and mix up
