I apologize for had not kept the posts structure and the rules of the community. I already edited the post, including ingredients and procedure. I added some new photos, too. I am sorry again, I really thought It was more important talk about my experience about or with the dish than the making off. In fact I am not a sort of organized cooker, I know few recipes. Intend my style (surely wrong) is to cook in a organic way, as We say in Venezuela "al ojo por ciento"(the measure is on our eyes). I go to putting some of this, or a pretty more of that.
