Any particular example of misuse (except for Hivewatchers, when bullying brand new users - they've stopped doing that recently)?
I saw it with Hivewatchers. If they stopped it, its ok.
But there are other downvotes where i do not understand why.
I don#t think downvotes is good for hive.
Is there any particular to point out? I can kinda help with my full upvote there if the downvote was really unjustified.
