Lovely! Well done!

Well, we'll see :)

I am not there yet :)

Are you spending Christmas or New Year's here in Brazil? Where are you staying? In Rio de Janeiro?

Yep. Sao Paolo, Rio, Belo Horizonte, and Brasilia perhaps. Maybe Curitiba.

That's so cool! I live in the state of Goiás, it's very close to Brasília! I think we have some friends in these states that you'll be in! @xlety @michupa which state do you live in?

I live in Minas Gerais. Hey @godfish, if you pass by Juiz de Fora, I'll buy you a beer!

Oh, I've just noted this one! Deal!

(and I'll teach you a bit of beer theory - until my girlfriend kicks me under the table to tell me I am unpolite yet 😜)

Both @michupa and I live in Juiz de Fora, so if you decide to visit, we’ll welcome you with open arms—feel free to come by!

Is there a craft microbrewery in your town?

Yes, a lot of them! including Cervejaria Mirante, which is located in one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the city, on a lookout along the BR-040 highway. It’s also a brewing school!

Wow, now you got my attention! ;)

Ahhh I need to memorize better the place where people live kkkk

kkkkkk são mtos lugares, mtas pessoas

Pois é kkkk, preciso criar um dossiê da HiveBR kkkkkkkkkk

I live in the Czech Republic :)

That's great, it will be a very interesting experience for you! Brazil is beautiful, its people are very lively, I hope you enjoy your time here!

Well, I hope so either :) Now I have to get several shots that are recommended.

On the other hand, Brazil is one of the least safe countries in the world, considering the crime rate. I was told I shouldn't take pictures at the street, otherwise someone might just grab the phone or camera from my hand. Is that true?

Look, unfortunately it's true, especially in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. I've never been to these states, so I don't know their exact reality, but what I always hear and see is that they are two complicated states in terms of crime.

Big cities are dangerous for those who aren't attentive. I've never been robbed or experienced anything similar; my state is a safe place. However, I’d be more cautious in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

I think it's a good idea to be careful with your cell phone/camera on the streets of these two states. Whenever you take a photo, make sure there's no one watching you or tagging you. If you can go to places in a group, it's better, as you can all help protect yourselves.

I would suggest swapping Belo Horizonte for Juiz de Fora, is much cozier, the people are kinder, the city is beautiful, and it's closer to Rio. Belo Horizonte, despite being the capital, isn’t really worth it.

Well, from Belo Horizonte, I can take a direct flight to Brazilia. That is a huge advantage ;)

You could visit the Rio Tiete in São Paulo, the best paradise highlight in Brazil
@underlock

Thanks, noted ;)

Which state/staying are you going to?

Sao Paolo, Rio, Brasilia, plus maybe Curitiba and Belo Horizonte.
