Those ducks (or geese) have some nice digs. 🌳
Ducks, geese, herons, osprey and more! It's a mini sanctuary in that area. They set up nesting places for them. You can see two of them across the river in this shot.

Such a wonderful sky it is partnered with the scattered group of clouds.
I really admire this kind of scenery especially when the sun is up there then suddenly clouds gather out of nowhere giving us the that kind of art.
Well it just not created an art but gave us a temporary relief from the scorching heat from the sun.
Captured this one when I bought some dish from the carinderya in town for lunch. Lucky me that I got to witness that one. 😁

being able to pay tuition fee vs free tuition from public school maybe you are rich 🤑
I was homeschooled. Education is cheap. School is expensive. Government monopoly school even more so.
I thought having a big house, going out to restaurants frequently, getting fancy stationery made you rich.
Oh, man. Even inexpensive buffets or Pizza Hut were rare events in my family.
I guess I didn't really think this way as a child, or at least I don't recall that. Perhaps if your parents let you have any toy you wanted, but I guess that was in a bit younger age than what you talk about.
I learned early on about budgeting and what it meant when "we can't afford that, sorry" was the response to a request for a toy or junk food.
I percieved the same. I remeber the join when I got my own tv because ly parents bought a new and I got the old one.

If your house has a second floor, you're rich. haha
Where I grew up, almost everyone had a basement, but it was usually an unfinished space used for storage, utilities, and perhaps laundry. It was also cool in summer. Oh, yeah, AC meant wealth. An "upstairs" as either an old farmhouse or yeah, probably rich people in comparison.
Basements are cool, especially when some people use them as an activity area... and yes, having an A/C means you're rich, too! haha
Ohh... I remember when I was in elementary school, when you had sneakers that could turn into roller skates, you're rich! XD
Yeah, I never had those either.
I was born 1960 in a small village in the south of Germany.
If you had a telephone, TV or a car, you were rich.
That song, "If I had a million dollars" comes to mind.
Something to think about.
As a kid, I thought the gas station workers were rich because they always had a lot of cash.
This is crazy. LOL. You had no idea it wasn't their money at all.
If your dad had a car and your mom always wears fancy clothes to church, I perceived you lot to be rich.
My dad had an old pickup truck and my mom had a compact car, but we lived several miles outside of town and a lot further from where my dad worked. My mom also made a lot of her Sunday dresses herself though.

I made a simple decision today before the HPUD to buy a land in Splinterlands.
This land has the specific benefit to produce Ore
My collection of material produce throughout all my plots of lands is complete with grain stone wood and finally ore.
Now I am going to enjoy staking all these resources.

The day started with my car not starting, so I had to walk the kids to school
Then run from the school to work
It was only 2km but I don’t run a lot so that was far enough
I managed to get a friend to help me get a battery in my lunch break and put it in my car after work
