明日おせちがやって来るのに、今日アピタでたんまり買い物してしまいました!
ふろふき大根を食べて保存容器分場所ひろげないとです!
出汁で煮た大根に、甘味噌などをかけて食べるのだけど。家は肉味噌と赤味噌の甘味噌2択です。皆さんの所はお味噌何味にされますか?

What is this?

This is a Japanese dish called "furofuki daikon." It's made by simmering radish in a dashi broth made from bonito flakes and then topping it with a miso paste mixed with minced meat.
