In regard to time and exercise, I don't really know your schedule but I think you start with five minutes if you want. Often is a matter of planning more than the lack of time. Try it!

I have been the type that gives excuse before but not anymore since I found out how important it is to our body. I must not visit the gym before doing the needful...I stay at home and grab my exercise

I've also started to exercise. It's not fun at all for me, but being unhealthy is way never fun at all.

No pain no gain..

I remember back then when I use to be consistent with exercise,I saw how flexible my muscles were lol

But now I stopped, because I really don't have time to keep up with the routine. So yeah time is really a factor.
