We'll wait and see next year.... !LUV !CTP

Sounds like you know that your wife will have another few months of stay at home next year. 🤔😆😅 !LUV !CTP

Yes that'sthe way hotels use to contract in places where the tourism isn't on the same level through the year. Even though it is where she works, but they took the bad habit. !CTP !LOL
Generally people work 8-9-10 months per year (depending on position, area, kind of accommodation) and go in unemployment for the rest of the year. When they work less than 8 months, every second year they don't even get unemployment money. In the case of my wife it should be generally about 2-2,5 months (off) but they tend to call her earlier because there's too much work... !LUV !CTP

I sometimes think that a company having a lot of work to do can just hire more employees to perform the work needed, but I know that it doesn't always work that way. 🤔😅 !LUV !CTP

It's always a matter of reducing costs... !PIZZA !CTP

While having less employees reduces the cost of the employers, giving the employees too much work (and/or too little rest) would mean less work effectiveness and might actually cost the business when the reduction in profit is taken into account. 🤔🤓 !PIZZA !CTP

That's true. But first of all most employers don't look at the long term and secondly they'll find more employees to do the same work. Of course this doesn't count for more specific jobs and jobs where one needs skills which cannot be taught quickly !LUV !CTP
