I really appreciate those who do physical exercise but in my case, I don't go for it (except walking ) but I can continuously maintain my fitness. Maybe my walking habit can be a reason.

Without controlling your food habit there is also a limitation and after a certain period you can't decrease weight, in that case, you must go for diet food for must.

Multiple people will argue but Dieting can make you fragile and susceptible to numerous diseases.

I strongly disagree with it. Diet food ensures the nutrient requirement of our body but with low calories and diet food is preferable for and it's scientifically proven. I think you tried to talk about the habit of reducing food consumption which is not healthy. am I right?

I wanted to point out the disadvantages of keto and detox , as the only consumption of veggies and fruits doesn't seem healthy to me ( you can contradict on this ) I feel are we animals who consume them 🤣 fun aside but my preference always stayed on exercise and last day I made 40 minutes walk and In the morning when I was making breakfast I was Holding myself not to fall on stove as muscles got fatigue after long time 🤠( did all this in zeal to get in shape 😜)

Obviously, only eating veggies and fruits is not considered healthy because those can't fulfill our protein requirement and without protein how can we say something about diet food? Hehe, it's a common misconception of many of us that eating veggies and fruits is known as diet food and it's not healthy because protein is very important for health and at any cost, it should not be missed from food. I got our point and I hope you also got my point😉.
