eXoding the unknown
Hello eXoders we're arriving to interesting moments for the game, Elindos announced yesterday the new timeline of the events that will come, this time is serious as we will have rewards, in a cooperative gaming mode, this is important as the participants will be able to obtain exclusive cards and liquid HIVE (which is a good deal also).

One relevant thing is that we will need to play with several origins in order to obtain more benefits, so will be rewarding to adquire the triple starter sets or at least several origins from the market (after buying the single starter set of course)
The testroom
About the state of the game we are testing now the third version (which includes armors and guns apart of the synergies from the origins), as a devoted player I've been digging in several builds and testing them. My most played builds have been Military-Syndicate, Criminal-Syndicate and Scientist-Syndicate until now.
The bonuses that the origins give are crucial for the quality of our builds imo and looking for interactions there are some cards that really shine.
Today Elindos activated the synergies from Kumicho and we can see already some results in the builds of this sexy and powerful card. While combined with the Pirate Repenant gives these results in the crew generator.
A whooping +4 QL for Ayumi, that surpasses the QL of legendary cards without bonuses. This could be yet revised by Elindos but at first sight seems legit.
A bug or legit?.
Well I'm not sure yet, need to answer it to Elindos himself, but could be legit.
The thing is that the pirate gives +1 QL to the cards with criminal, violence and low morality and the syndicate card could have those traits guaranteed in their first investigation.
Low morality and violence are guaranteed?. If this is intended. You end with crew members like these.
A rare with 10 QL!, and isn't even an elite card.
But where does that +5 come from?. +1 Criminal +1 Low morality +1 violence from the Repenant Pirate and +1 Syndicate +1 Narcophile?? from the Kumicho?. Is possible that this will be reviewed and probably the bonuses will be lower. But seems a powerful combo anyways and we could activate that narcophile synergy with a Narco Warfare.
Watch out with the syndicate captains, seems that they're serious people.
I checked a couple things with Elindos.
Also, the scariest thing suggested thus far is an elite (+3) Captain Cranium (QL 10) with Repentant Pirate (+3 for Criminal, Violence and Low Morality), Syndicate Chipped (+1 with The Kumicho) and Narco-Warfare (+1 for Narcophile with The Kumicho) for a final QL of 18.

That captain Cranium is indeed a beast, good to know that I were wrong in my theory about the synergies to tell the truth was a too much powerful. Anyways with the expected bonuses the syndicate+criminal path seems strong, and quite cheap if you buy it from the market. (I mean that you can make a very competitive build relatively cheap).
the syndicate is getting scarier by the day, I have a feeling that those contracts on the player market are going to be scooped up after seeing those synergies...
Yes, syndicate is proving its value, although the +4/+5 synergies aren't intended as Elindos and Digital Wisdom said, the correct bonuses for regular crew would be a +2 QL for the Hacker and the Trooper, this without Narco Warfare, with it goes to +3 QL. Having non elite rare crew cards (I mean no officers) with that QL is a good advantage already from other builds.
