Artificial Dog
María loved animals, especially dogs, but from a young age, she was diagnosed with a severe allergy to the fur and feathers of any animal. Unlike what could have happened, María decided to put all her effort into having a pet. Perhaps that's why she decided to study robotics and artificial intelligence. When she graduated and began working in one of the most prestigious and advanced laboratories in the country, she embarked on an ambitious project.
She decided to create her own pet: a robotic dog named Sparky 001.01. Sparky would use the latest available technology, reproducing almost perfectly any movement of a real dog.
Sparky was not only an engineering marvel but also, with the use of artificial intelligence, they managed to create a deep learning module that made it seem like he was gradually growing. He had the ability to adapt and learn like a real puppy.
From the moment Sparky was first activated and his red nose lit up, he showed great joy, behaving very playfully and curiously, especially towards humans. His joy astonished the entire laboratory, especially María, who saw her childhood dream finally realized. Sparky ran around the place causing a commotion and bringing laughter and joy to everyone. He wagged his tail happily and interacted naturally. Everyone loved Sparky.
María couldn't have been happier. It was time to take Sparky outside of a controlled environment, so she decided to take him for a walk in the park. Sparky walked alongside María, looking at everything in surprise. But suddenly, his sensors detected something unusual. They captured the sound of a child crying. Without wasting time, Sparky quickly headed towards the child. The child had fallen and hurt his knee. Immediately, Sparky began to emit an alarm and called the firefighters while trying to comfort the child with gentle touches so he would stop crying.
At the sound of the alarm, María arrived, also helping the child. While looking at Sparky with much love, she thought: "You will be a magnificent rescue dog."

Perro Artificial
A María le encantaban los animales, especialmente los perros, pero desde pequeña había sido diagnosticada con una gran alergia al pelaje y plumaje de cualquier animal. A diferencia de lo que podría haber pasado, María decidió que pondría todo su esfuerzo en tener una mascota. Quizás por eso decidió estudiar robótica e inteligencia artificial. Cuando se graduó y comenzó a trabajar en uno de los laboratorios más prestigiosos y avanzados del país, se embarcó en un ambicioso proyecto.
Decidió crear su propia mascota: un perro robótico al que llamó Sparky 001.01. Sparky utilizaría la mayor tecnología disponible, reproduciendo casi a la perfección cualquier movimiento de un perro real.
Sparky no era solo una maravilla de la ingeniería, sino que con el uso de inteligencia artificial lograron crear un módulo de aprendizaje profundo, lo que hacía que pareciera que iba poco a poco creciendo. Tenía la capacidad de adaptarse y aprender como un verdadero cachorro.
Desde el momento en que se activó Sparky por primera vez y su nariz roja se encendió, mostró una gran alegría, comportándose muy juguetón y curioso, sobre todo con los humanos. La alegría asombró a todo el laboratorio, especialmente a María, que veía su sueño de la niñez finalmente realizado. Sparky corría por todo el lugar haciendo un alboroto y trayendo risas y alegrías a todos. Movía alegremente su cola e interactuaba de una forma natural. Todos amaban a Sparky.
María no podía estar más feliz. Ya era hora de llevar a Sparky fuera de un ambiente controlado, así que decidió llevarlo a un paseo por el parque. Sparky paseaba al lado de María y miraba todo con sorpresa. Pero de pronto, sus sensores captaron algo fuera de lo común. Capturaron el sonido de un niño llorando. Sin perder tiempo, Sparky se dirigió rápidamente hacia el niño. El niño había caído y lastimado su rodilla. Enseguida, Sparky comenzó a emitir una alarma y un llamado a los bomberos, mientras trataba de reconfortar al niño con caricias para que dejara de llorar.
Al sonido de la alarma llegó María, quien también ayudó al niño. Mientras miraba a Sparky con mucho amor, pensó: "Serás un magnífico perro rescatista."
