Sea Lion Ears – I wonder how well a sea lion can hear with those pointy little ears. Not very well, I imagine. The ears are, however, one way of distinguishing between a sea lion and a seal: seals have little holes for ears.
I used to have ear problems.
Tinnitus. Hearing loss. A strange clogged feeling in the right ear.
I'm 48 years old, so a certain amount of hearing loss is not a big surprise. My grandfather was pretty much deaf by the time he reached his 70s, so I kind of expected it.
But the other symptoms seemed like a deeper problem than just genetics and typical old age stuff.
Then I stumbled upon the work of Doctor Alekseev, a Russian chiropractor, neurologist, and kinesiologist, on YouTube.
Doctor Alekseev offers a host of free videos, all with a focus on relaxing muscles to improve blood circulation, which promotes things like youthful appearance, healthy vision and hearing, and most importantly, a healthy brain.
The excercise that helped my ears is incredibly simple, but 100 percent effective, I'd say. Within a few weeks of occassional practice, the ringing in my ears and that clogged feeling, which I had thought was wax buildup, had cleared up completely. I think my hearing has improved too, but that's more difficult to measure. It seems like it's better, and the exercise was so effective at the other symptoms that I tend to believe it has improved my hearing too.
Doctor Alekseev also has an exercise more targeted to clearing up brain fog, again, by relaxing muscles and improving blood circulation. That exercise produced spectacular results immediately. The first time I did it, I woke up the next morning more alert and with more clarity of thought than I've had in years.
I highly recommend checking this guy out. The excercises are simple to do, so simple that you won't even believe, in many cases, that they are actually doing anything. But you'll notice the difference.
Carotid artery exercise/relaxation
Here's the exercise that helped my ears, especially the tinnitus.
Brain fog elimination
This ridiculously simple exercise produced immediate, spectacular improvement to my clarity and alertness.
What a coincidence, sometimes I like to participate in a dimanic called 5 Minute Daily Message: and today's topic was hearing loss and I wrote something in 5 minutes about what we had to do to take my grandfather to the ENT doctor.
I am very glad that you are doing these exercises but the best thing is the description of your improvement thanks to these exercises, Spanish is my mother tongue and to break the communication barrier I use a translator, in spite of that I will watch the videos to know to the best of my ability to understand, how I should do the exercises.

Ah, it might be difficult to listen to the videos, but he does demonstrate the exercises, so you would not necessarily need to understand what is being said.
An interesting part of this situation, to me, is that the Russian doctor is using some kind of translator to put the video in English, and now a native Spanish speaker would like to listen as well. It's a global village we live in.
I found the first video very interesting I have tinnitus. I do not have ringing but do have a sound like heavy swallowing between my ears. But the interesting part to me was his saying if the carotid artery is pinched you fall down. I have been having this problem since 2019, when I look to my right, the left side of my face starts to tingle and then it goes down my left arm, and then I fall, I know I am going to fall but can not stop it.
I will be doing this exercise and see if it helps, thank you for posting this.
I hope it does help! I've always been surprised when I try one of his exercises.
thank you.
