I have not been publishing much of these freewrites the last couple of days, just letting the whole Hive migration go through. I am much happier here already, and hope we make a bid difference in crypto as a whole. No one can own us.

The smell of asphalt fills the early morning air as the slight fog lifts from the community. A rumble and a click is all it takes and we are moving. Rolling effortlessly through small streets and alleys until we approach an illuminated sign. Green means go, Red means stop…Does anyone really know what yellow means?
We roll through these signs until we reach a large ramp. Speeds increase, and the wind can be heard ripping around the glass. Screech…Everything stops. For miles, as far as can be seen, a sea of metal glistening. A low growl can be heard by all, and an angry scowl is worn for the long haul.
Hours, days, years go by and we accept this for a job is a job, and we all must get by.

It kinda keeps you on your toes. I kinda wish I had the theme for the second paragraph throughout, but did not have time to go back and edit the first to have rhyming mechanics. Plus it would not really be in line with how this works anyways. So this is does jump around with mechanics, but who cares. I really am enjoying these, and hope to push myself to continue.
Strong congestion, you have to avoid the crowds these days.

One thing that is really nice about @freewriters is that the rules are loose. I try to keep my writing down to 4:30, but then go back and proofread as much as I would like to.
