Widen The Gap

To widen the gap means to increase distance. In plain eyes, this may seem odd. But sometimes, it is necessary to create a gap and widen it and it is not only beneficial but also the only way!

Suppose you want to study for an upcoming test. You need your undivided attention on your studies, so a break from those attention-sucking social media is beneficial. Thus this gap will work in favor of your betterment.

You have your own plan for your life goals. People around you have other thoughts, at that time, if you really want to follow your path, you can talk to them to support you, but better would be to keep a distance from them and focus on your dreams. When you have achieved it, then it is up to you to widen the gap even more or mutual it.

So, widen the gap if necessary, and remove the gap if that is necessary. After all it is your choice and you know what will be the best for you in the long run.
