A flexible head is a head that can move easily, or has a large range of movement. Link

The flexible head can be achieved through training, the more you train the head to be flexible to your movement, the more flexible it will be.

I asked myself on seeing this that, "why would a person want his or her head to be flexible?"
I mean, the way the head rotate is enough, at least you can turn backwards and forward. I guess those working in the circus would want a flexible head for some of their tricks.

I love the way my head is actually, it is flexible enough for me.
