I understood the importance of circulation when we were first taught that the world is in circles. Everything is revolved around this fact, even the way we live.
All of life seem to run in circles, so circulation should not be strange. To lack circulation is to go against life itself, I will say you are going anticlockwise.
Even in our body, we have circulation here and there. The movement or flow from one place to another is how the world is progressing, the lack of it will only cause chaos.
