In the lowest court in the land, a trial is being conducted. While it might seem to trivial for a trial, many came to attend because it mattered a lot to the people.
The trial today on court today is the case of a local police allegedly hitting a civilian whom whom was deem to not cooperate with the police during his investigation of a theft case. This is a case that can go both ways but it does involve the understanding if the police is allowed to beat up a civilian when he or she is not cooperative.
The trial went on for hours and many thoughts were being put up for consideration. Some mentioned about whether police rights to exercise violence to get the job done versus others mentioning about over reaction from the police where an easier method could have been helpful.
After listening to all the things shard an considering social dilemma, he had come up with a sentence that punishes both the police and the civilian. Reason being that both parties were in the wrong and for future of such situation, at any point of time there should not be any form of causing hurt but the civilian can be subjected to be detained for 48 hours to assist in investigation.
