Inject some joy into our daily lives. Is the word "inject" a metaphor here, or does it mean what it means? Put some joy into whatever. Can one put ideas, which are not physical objects, into whatever....?
Huh.
Language, man. Don't think about it. It's too much.
Joy is nice. Hey, I have a friend named Joy. That's a nice name to have. When you think about Joy as a concept, you might think of the person. Nice. I wonder how her life is different because of that. I wonder if we should have named our kid Fun. Then people would be like, "Let's have some fun!" and then they'd think about including our kiddo in their doings. Neat.
Joy. What injects joy? Moving the body? Yes. Often. Sometimes. I like the idea of dancing in the kitchen. And so I always say yes to it, but sometimes it doesn't feel as nice in my body because I'm tired. But I want to be....you know what, our memories live longer than the present moment is, so do the thing that you will remember as being joyful, and dancing with my family in the kitchen is definitely that. I want to take some time today to play with the Ukelele. That'll be fun. ABSOLUTELY.
and maybe I should add some more fun ambition to my life and offer an improv class here in this neighborhood at the parks department or something. Yes. That's what I'll look up right after this.
Dance in the kitchen, play the ukelele, summon some friends - sounds like a plan!
