Si cada ente o sistema encargado de aplicar sanciones a quienes incumplan las leyes y normas, lo hace con la regularidad que se requiere ya está adelantado una parte del trabajo; sin embargo, se necesita la participación de todos sus habitantes para evitar precisamente eso una ciudad maltratada y descuidada. Cada persona tiene autoridad para ser vigilante de que otros no estén ensuciando los espacios públicos, ya que hay lugares donde debe ser depositada la basura y esos hábitos a pesar de que vienen de casa también con letreros, señalizaciones, prohibiciones y todas las normas establecidas que se deben cumplir al hacer uso de las áreas comunes.
Como ciudadanos hay que comportarse apegados a sus deberes y derechos; entendiendo que no solo es tu casa lo que debes cuidar, es también los espacios que están fuera de ellas, cuídalos por ti y por los demás.
