The shadows I follow, are shadows of longing,
on paths of dreams, of lost loves,
the stones, my accomplices, keep the mourning,
and silence resounds in wounded cries.
I will not release you, though I wish it,
my wandering spirit forever follows you,
and in every step I take on earth,
you bear your shadow, O memory that haunts.
I walk, carrying this destiny,
with a handful of stars in my soul,
and though time shows me its way,
I will not set you free, though it brings me calm.
very deep and painful writing, I think we should stop following shadow and stop being afraid, that's the moment we start living!
